This is something I wrote up after working with other park leaders over a year on a focused plan that revolved around the idea of retaining people that are new. While this is not female fighting specific, a female fighter can have a significant influence on retaining new females in the park and sometimes new guys as well (Yes, there are guys that think girls beating up everyone is awesome).
